    PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

     
    The ICF provides a template that can be easily used while adhering to the industry’s direction smoothly and seamlessly. This workshop will provide insights into how ICF integrates the functions within the Talent Management value chain. Through discussions, illustrations, and case studies, the programme will present why adopting the ICF is worth your time and effort for investing in your talents.
     
    LEARNING OBJECTIVES
    Upon completion of this programme, participants will be able to:
    • Explain the value of using ICF across the Talent Value Chain
    • Explain the importance of a competency framework at various levels: Industry, organisation, workforce
    • Explain how the ICF can be adapted to an existing competency framework
    • Illustrate how the framework aids in Talent Attraction, Development, and Retention
