This programme is designed to give an in-depth understanding of the MCCG principles and its expectations in relation to Principle B: Effective Audit and Risk Management and Principle C: Integrity in Corporate Reporting and Meaningful Relationship with stakeholders and also discuss the issues in putting the principles into practice in strengthening corporate governance practices.
