Programme Objective

The programme's objective is to equip participants with technical knowledge on Sukuk issuance in the market. Participants will be exposed on the process of structuring and issuing a Sukuk, current trends of Sukuk issuance, other considerations in issuing Sukuk, different types of Sukuk programmes as well as due diligence process in issuing Sukuk

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this programme, participants will be able to:
  • describe Sukuk structuring and issuance process;
  • describe the current Sukuk trends and issuance in the market;
  • explain commercial considerations in issuing Sukuk;
  • distinguish different types of Sukuk programme; and 
  • explain due diligence process and legal documentation for Sukuk structures
