SIDC Introduces New SC Licensing Examinations Study Guide and Study Outline for Module 10: Asset and Funds Management
The Securities Industry Development Corporation (SIDC) is proud to launch the new SC Licensing Examinations study guide and study outline for Module 10: Asset and Funds Management following the completion of a comprehensive module review and rewriting exercise. Module 10: Asset and Funds Management is the technical module catering for individuals who intend to apply for a Capital Markets Services Representative’s Licence (CMSRL) to carry on the regulated activity of fund management or who intend to hold the position of compliance officer in a firm which is a holder of a Capital Markets Services Licence (CMSL) for carrying on the business of fund management.
In addition to the new study guide, the SIDC has also revised the Module 10 study outline. The revised outline will take effect from 1 July 2015. Candidates who wish to sit for the Module 10 examination from July 2015 onwards must refer to the study outline applicable from July to December 2015 to prepare for the examination.
