With 17 years of experience at Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), this seasoned professional currently holds a leadership role in the Investment Stewardship Division. In this capacity, he plays a pivotal role in driving PNB’s ESG commitments, including the objective of achieving a Net Zero Portfolio by 2050. Another key focus is the establishment of a taxonomy to track PNB’s commitment to investing MYR 10 billion in green and transition assets by 2030. Additionally, he is responsible for formulating and implementing PNB’s labor rights policy while ensuring effective Board and CEO representation within key investee companies. Moreover, he actively promotes a robust voting policy and transparency. He also serves as a Non Independent Non-Executive Director of Tenaga Nasional Berhad representing PNB, leveraging his expertise in sustainability, corporate finance, and strategy.
