Nadia Ismadi is the co-founder and CEO of a fintech company, Pod ; a financial wellbeing platform for gig workers and the underserved in Southeast Asia. Pod enables the gig workers to save, have access to microfinancing, build credit trails and consume other financial products. The mission of the platform is to provide the underserved with financial literacy and products to empower them to be financially resilient. Pod launched in Malaysia and is currently expanding its footprints into Indonesia.

Prior to Pod, Nadia served in Nomura Asset Management focusing on business development and Shariah investment products for institutional clients in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and the Middle East.

Nadia also sits in the Malaysia Indonesia Business Council (MIBC) to facilitate business crossover between both countries.
