Nicole Lim is an ESG Investment Manager with the Asia fixed income team at abrdn, where she leads ESG integration in investment research and portfolio management. As the dedicated sustainability specialist on-desk, Nicole is responsible for active engagement with issuers, thematic research on sustainability issues, and contributing to development of broader sustainability processes and standards. Working with global and regional teams, Nicole supports various sustainable investing strategies, notably SDG and climate transition themed funds as well as several other Asia-focused sustainable funds. Nicole’s prior experiences include sustainability consulting, climate research and stakeholder engagement for sustainability.
