Derivatives and Compliance
The CCMP certification programmes provide customised learning modules tailored to meet the industry’s unique challenges and requirements. Candidates are assessed on their proficiency across various capital market aspects through formative and summative evaluations which prepare them for future challenges.
The CCMP in Dealing in Derivatives (CCMP-DID) programme is a self-directed e-learning programme specifically designed for existing Capital Markets Services Representative License (CMSRL) holders. This programme equips participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to obtain an additional license for dealing in derivatives. The programme includes six comprehensive modules and a realistic trading simulation that mirrors real-world trading platforms, ensuring graduates are prepared for the practicalities of derivatives dealing.
Recognising the critical role of compliance in the capital market, SIDC offers the CCMP in Compliance certification programme which is designed to elevate the competencies of compliance officers across the Malaysian capital market. The CCMP in Compliance is structured in three parts:
- CCMP in Compliance 1: This programme equips aspiring compliance professionals with a foundational understanding of compliance complexities within an organisation.
- CCMP in Compliance 2: This programme is tailored for experienced compliance professionals, it provides in-depth expertise to tackle evolving regulatory challenges, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve.
- CCMP in Compliance Advocate: This is the pinnacle of the Compliance programme, it is targeted at seasoned compliance professionals who demonstrate exceptional leadership and mentoring within the compliance community. The participants serve as role models and advocates for ethical practices throughout the capital market.
