2022 is a year of push and pull for businesses. Between inflationary concerns, supply chain bottlenecks, geopolitical instability, the Great Resignation wave, energy crisis, escalating weather disasters and the possibility of unforeseen pandemics on the horizon, companies across industries are increasingly turning to the latest technologies for new answers, even with its challenges. What was supposed to be a year of recovery has turned 2022 into a year of revised expectations.

As we settle into the new normal and continue with the vagaries of life, businesses need to continue to innovate and grab any possible opportunities available to cater to new trends and behaviors. The challenges of Covid-19 have taught us we should use the momentum of digitalisation and carry on investing in innovation.

In 2023, uncertainties and disruptions are expected to persist and impact economic recovery. To keep up with the sea of change brought on by events happening in recent years, industry players will need to rethink what and how they could produce and offer a more expansive range of products and services. Ultimately, expect 2023 to be a year of accelerating adaptation, where players across the board will need to invest in solutions and capacity building at a rapid pace to be prepared for the challenges and opportunities arising from the new normal and new way of doing business.

At this conference, we will delve into key issues and drivers of change that impact the economy, organisational strategies, talent development, investors’ demand and the business landscape.
