In the Digital Age, opportunities and challenges came in different shapes, sizes, forms, scales and capabilities. Information has now reached us faster than ever before, and our ability to solve problems following the rise of new information and communication technologies will shape how we are able to make sense of and synthesize the information. In this regard, employees with the knowledge and skills to come up with ideas to enhance performance, resolves issues and solve problems creatively is highly sought after. In addition to that, employees are expected to find the most appropriate and cost effective solutions to satisfy both the organisation as well as the customers’ needs.
