Programme Objective
This programme is designed for professionals to refine and improve their knowledge and skills to plan, develop, design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for any level of audience following the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process.

- Describe the characteristics of an effective trainer
- Discuss the fundamentals of learning focused on adult learners
- Design and develop the training content and delivery to suit the learning objectives
- Identify the tips and tricks in delivering training based on the content developed and how to maintain the interest of the audience
